With a specific commitment to providing access to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children living in remote communities within five years. The paper looks at how there could, and should, be strong interconnections between the Government’s early childhood agenda, the Closing the Gap policies and ensuring access to higher education and vocational education and training systems for an expanding workforce with upgraded qualifications.
