Submission to the Garnaut Review
Submission to the Garnaut Climate Change Review about the implications of skills and sustainability. This submission is the first stage of a larger project with the aim to uncover the possible employment outcomes of a number of carbon emission reduction scenarios, the preparedness of Australia’s human capital stock to respond to the challenge of climate change and the adequacy of existing skills and innovation policy settings.
