CLIP (Continuous Learning Improvement Program) was developed by WorkSkills Australia for winners of WSA Regional Finals who then go on to compete at the National level of competition. The CLIP Handbook provides key learning materials and actions to undertake for both the competitor and their trainer by detailing Performance Enhancement Exercises, focusing on Key Skills, and taking them through how to prepare for a WSA National Final.
Fresh approaches to national skills training are urgently needed in order to meet the challenges of the economic downturn and to position Australia for a return to growth and prosperity, according to a consortium of peak industry, trade union and youth advocacy bodies.
