Plan-It Youth is an innovate mentoring project offering young people who are at risk of leaving formal education/ training early, the opportunity to plan for their future careers and find a positive way into further training or employment.

It provides support, through community mentoring, to young people at risk, exposing them to other experiences of life and increasing their opportunities for a successful transition from school.
