Current Partnerships

These are some of the organisations and initiatives we partner with to make positive change together.

Karrkad Kanjdji Trust

Healthy country, culture and community.

Karrkad Kanjdji Trust brings together Indigenous landowners and like-minded supporters to address the most pressing issues for Arnhem Land and the world at large.

These include regenerating our natural environment, taking action on climate change, creating meaningful and equal employment opportunities, and supporting the continuation of the world’s oldest living culture.

They work with Indigenous rangers in one of the most culturally rich and biodiverse regions of Australia. Every project is 100% community owned from concept to implementation.

Bi-cultural education expands in west Arnhem Land

From a one-teacher classroom to three independent registered schools – the Nawarddeken Academy is now operating its unique bi-cultural education in three communities in remote west Arnhem Land.

Protecting lives and culture in Kabulwarnamyo

Warddeken Land Management and the Kabulwarnamyo community’s proactive response to the pandemic has protecting elders while learning for children at Nawarddeken Academy and essential fire and land management work of the Warddeken Rangers continues to provide stability for families.
